Cancellation and Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I will do everything within my means towards this. However, in the rare situation that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your purchase and I will refund the payment made by you for the purchase, subject to this 'Refund Policy'.

What I sell right now

At this juncture, I sell 'crochet courses' and 'crochet club annual memberships'.

What you may cancel

You may cancel your purchase of a 'crochet course' or of the 'crochet club annual membership'.

What I refund

I refund course fees or crochet club annual membership fees collected from you.

Conditions for cancellation

a. You may cancel your purchase of a crochet course if you drop out of the course within 3 days of commencement of the course.

b. You may cancel your annual membership to my crochet club within 30 days of your subscription to the membership.

Process for refund

a. Contact me at support@daiwascreations.com to request a refund.

b. Provide your payment details.

c. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

Refund amount and mode

a. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

b. Refunds will be issued in the original currency and through the original mode of payment.
